LISBON (ViaNews) – Right at the heart of the Web Summit we met with the co-founder of JustEnjoy, Luis Caixado.
JustEnjoy is about delivering memorable moments for families during their holidays. They have a ready to use package with a specially selected group of toys and props to help the children engage with the city on their terms. It’s delivered to the hotel ahead of their stay so they receive a special gift upon arrival.

Miguel Carvalho: Luis Caixado, tell us about your project.
Luis Caixado: JustEnjoy is a solution for families arriving in Lisbon. I created a box with a treasure inside. It’s for families with kids from 3 to 8. When they arrive in the city and get the box, they will know where the parks are. It’s a simple way to engage families around the city.
MC: Is it a full package for families?
LC: Yes, it’s a full package. It’s not an application, it’s a low-tech product at this stage. There is a toy inside and a map so families arriving the city know the best spots for them and their kids.

MC: About the web Summit, how are you enjoying it?
LC: The Web Summit is the best that happened to Lisbon so far. Startups, huge companies and you can find people from all around the world. Lots of good ideas, good concepts, the attitude is wonderful and optimist. This is a huge opportunity for the country, startups, and companies.
MC: Are you looking for investors, partnerships? What’s your goal here?
LC: The goal is to see what’s happening in the Web Summit and to create my company’s strategy for the second year. I’ve been looking around for the best way to be in the Web Summit as a company. I’ve been making some partnerships already, some new ideas, and for sure, I’m looking for clients. As for investors, I already got some part of it.
I’m in the acceleration process already. I’m on a program called SLP from Lisboa. We got a huge community in the startupLisboa, it’s wonderful space to develop my project. This year is to be the best possible and 2017 is going to be the big year.
