Amid all the gloomy news about job losses triggered by the coronavirus pandemic from around the world, it is easy to lose sight of the fact that there are companies who are still hunting for new blood.
The 5th edition of the largest virtual job fair in Portugal will bring some of these firms together on October 14 and 15 to prove that there are still glimmers of hope to cling to in this unprecedented period of crisis.
The event, which will be held between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m., provides a great opportunity for job seekers to interact with over 30 companies from different fields in real-time.

According to the fair’s website, the platform allows candidates to interact with company representatives through public or private chat rooms, send their resume, talk about their qualifications, and clarify their doubts.
They can also access relevant content on the companies’ virtual stands, which enables them to engage in more informed conversations.
Other features include the ability to exchange contact information and set up meetings with the online recruiters.
