The pacific protest was originally scheduled for Friday but Lisbon’s antifascist organization, PALVT, has already issued a statement saying it has been rescheduled for Saturday, July 7.
The gathering in Lisbon is set to start Saturday at 4:45 PM in Alameda and the march is to go down to Terreiro do Paço.
The organizers have asked protestors to maintain social distance and wear facemasks.
Also known as the Black Lives Matter protest, is causing social unrest in the United States and in many cities all over the world.
According to social media comments about the event, on Sunday, the protest location could be at Lisbon’s American Embassy, though no official statement has been issued to this regard.
