Snowflake, EXL, and Netskope Ship Agent Infrastructure as Global Enterprise Tech Stacks Face Replacement

Snowflake, EXL, and Netskope have launched dedicated agentic AI platforms in a single quarter, signalling a structural break with human-centric enterprise software worldwide. Chinese hardware entrants Zhenwu J900 and V900 are adding competitive pressure on accelerator supply chains dominated by US vendors. Enterprises delaying redesign face compounding integration debt as agent-native competitors scale globally.

Snowflake launched CoCo, a unified agentic control plane, giving enterprises across North America, Europe, and Asia a governed environment to manage AI workflows across data, models, and applications.1 Global firms including Thomson Reuters and Fanatics are already running complex data tasks at scale on the platform.1

The launches mark a structural break with existing enterprise infrastructure worldwide. "Your existing tech stack was designed for human-operated, application-centric workflows," wrote Surojit Chatterjee in MIT Technology Review. "It needs to be reconsidered when the actor is an AI agent operating at machine speed across multiple systems simultaneously."2

EXL, which serves clients across the US, UK, and South Asia, generated nearly $300 million in free cash flow in 2025 and is reorienting capital allocation toward agentic AI across analytics and operations.3 Netskope released AgentSkope, targeting security governance for multi-agent environments where AI systems traverse enterprise networks autonomously — a concern equally acute in regulated markets from Frankfurt to Singapore.

The architecture debate is sharpening globally. Prasun Shah argues AI agents derive value not as another stack layer, but as connective tissue moving across layers to coordinate tasks. "That is where the next battleground will be," Shah told MIT Technology Review.2

Hardware supply chains are under pressure from both ends. Dell's Exascale line and NVIDIA GPU clusters anchor Western enterprise deployments. Chinese entrants Zhenwu J900 and V900 are now competing on accelerators, adding geopolitical complexity to procurement decisions for multinationals operating across US and Chinese regulatory environments.

Legacy metrics built around human throughput, role-based org structures, and application-centric tooling are being retired simultaneously by vendors and practitioners across industries. The convergence of platform software, security, analytics, and hardware shifts in a single quarter suggests the agentic transition has reached an inflection point. Vendors are no longer pitching augmentation — they are shipping replacement infrastructure.
